Courtyard by Marriott Mt. Laurel Cherry Hill

Rooms are clean, beds are nice and comfy, however, room decor is outdated. Hotel lobby is pretty good, staff is helpful and courteous. However, hotel hallways are a bit outdated and some places carpet is a bit dirty. Gym is small and equipment is outdated, pool has been closed for maintenance for a while. Lately courtyard has been closed. There is a bistro with pretty decent breakfast and lunch/ dinner options. Bistro staff is courteous and helpful, bistro service is pretty good.

I did tell the front desk that I may need to stay another day and they noted it in my file. But when I asked for another night, they said they were booked. We had to go to another Marriott, the residence inn in Cherry hill, where we watched people do drugs in the parking lot all night and day……..but courtyard was much safer.

I stayed here while in town & the hotel is nice, staff in front was great - morning staff (2 ladies Laura & Celine) at bistro area were so friendly, helpful & the food was pretty good - at 5p it switched up & James is the evening server he's also friendly helpful & makes a good cocktail - it's centrally located with stores very close -I loved everything about my 3 days here EXCEPT the pool being closed indefinitely that's the only thing keeping my rating below 5⭐

On business and it was a very nice place to stay. Had some problems with the heat in the room, but they took care of it. The bar/ restaurant was not to my liking but it was reasonable.

Clean. Comfortable. Convenient to the Turnpike and 295. I love that you can check in on the app. The app even works as your room key if you like. Arrived late. Staff had turned on the lights (low) and music (mellow) in the room for our arrival. #welcoming Just felt as if they are paying attention to details. The photos on the booking site are well representative of the actual rooms.

I arrived at the hotel after almost 16 hours of travel from Aviero, Portugal, to Newark Airport, followed by a long drive to Mount Laurel, NJ. I was operating on very little sleep. I checked into the hotel arouns 2:00 am on Friday, January 16th. I can not express how tired I was. Zia was the counter person when I checked in. He was very nice, professional, and thoughtful. Daniel was also on duty at the time. He was exhibited the same characteristics as Zia. Zia gave me a first floor room. However, after I expressed a desire for a room on a higher floor, he quickly accommodated my request. As I mentioned, I had been traveling for a very long time and was very tired. After entering my room, I realized I had forgottemn my toothpaste. So, I started to head back downstairs and then noticed the lock on my door wasn't working properly. I looked down the hallway and Daniel happened to be walking toward my room. I let him know about the lock and he took care of it. It turns out that Zia had told Daniel how long I'd been traveling and how tired I was. He had asked Daniel to go up to my floor to make sure everything went smoothly. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. I don't think I've ever experinced that level of customer service at any Marriott or any hotel for that matter. Thank you Zia and Danie!

Hotel is in an ideal area, a lot of fantastic restaurants in close proximity. I love how much was around it. There were quite a few sketchy people in the parking lot area though so it was uncomfortable and I felt the need to keep an eye on my car. I kept watching people walking behind cars and standing by the fence. The walls are super thin as well and I very clearly heard the people in the room next to me.

Very nice remodeled hotel, great mattress and pillows, very good night sleep. Rooms are updated and very nice. The staff is very helpful and it's a good location close to the expressways. Have stayed here a few times now on business trips.
